Illumination Foundation’s Carnival For Kids was created to provide carefree, summer fun for the low-income and homeless families in Illumination Foundation programs and in the surrounding school districts. Illumination Foundation brings together volunteers, community partners and corporations to ensure that parents and children leave the carnival with school supplies, and connections to vital community resources
